Fresh Abanka Shares on Offer as of Tomorrow

Ljubljana, 14 January - Slovenia's third-largest bank, Abanka Vipa, published a summary of prospectus on a new share issue in Monday's edition of daily Delo. The bank will issue 1.7 million new shares at EUR 60 per share, which puts the total issue value at EUR 102m.
