Slovenia Expects Croatia to Retract Fisheries Zone

Ljubljana, 16 January - Slovenia expects Croatia to retract the declaration of the protective fisheries and ecological zone in the Adriatic, Foreign Minister Dimitrij Rupel told TV Slovenija late on Tuesday. If Croatia insists on the zone, the EU has said it could "suspend or substantially slow down membership talks", Rupel said.
