Rupel to Speak about British Council Closure with Lavrov

Nicosia, 18 January - Responding to the closure of two regional offices of the British Council in Russia, Foreign Minister Dimtirj Rupel said on Friday that Slovenia wished events from the past would not burden cultural and educational activities. Rupel reportedly plans to raise the issue with Russian counterpart Sergey Lavrov over the phone on Monday.
