National Party Wants Referendum on Lisbon Treaty

Ljubljana, 18 January - The opposition National Party (SNS) filed a request for a referendum on the Lisbon Treaty on Friday, just hours after the parliamentary EU Affairs Committee endorsed the law ratifying the treaty for passage at the 29 January plenary.
