National Rail Operator to Purchase 12 Engines

Ljubljana, 18 January - National rail operator Slovenske zeleznice signed on Friday a contract on the purchase of 12 multisystem engines worth EUR 57.7m with the company Siemens Osterreich. The engines will be supplied between April and September 2009, while they will hit rail tracks by the end next year.
