Electricity Consumption up 1.1% in 2007

Ljubljana, 18 January - Electricity consumption increased 1.1% to 13.3 billion kilowatt hours last year. Despite a 10% drop in hydro power production, domestic power plants provided 13 billion kWh, only 0.6% less than the year before, grid operator Eles said on Friday.
