Delo Says Hauliers' Strike not Surprising

Ljubljana, 22 January - Daily Delo says on Tuesday that the strike threat announced by a part of Slovenian hauliers for January, calling the government to set up an electronic toll collection system by the summer of 2009, is not unreasonable and surprising considering the cabinet's failure to move the issue forward.
