Deputies Pass Amendments to Companies Act
Ljubljana, 22 January - Deputies unanimously supported on Tuesday the amendments to the companies act, drafted by the government in order to prevent takeover of companies by tycoons. The amendments also transpose EU regulations on cross-border mergers.
