Delo Reserved about Climate Change Package

Ljubljana, 24 January - The daily Delo is reserved about the climate change package which envisages a 20% cut in CO2 emissions by 2020 compared to 1990 levels. The plan is uncertain as it will not include much bigger polluters than Europe, and implementing it will be tough in the EU, the paper writes on Thursday.
