Second Euro Bond Issue Launch Successful

Ljubljana, 30 January - Slovenia issued a new EUR 1bn issue of benchmark euro bonds with a fixed interest rate of 4.375% on Tuesday, with the Finance Ministry saying that as much as 35% of the oversubscribed issue had been sold to Benelux countries.
