Slovenia's Population Rose by 0.2% in Q3 of 2007

Ljubljana, 2 February - The number of Slovenia's inhabitants rose by 4,929 (0.2%) to 2,024,335 in the third quarter of 2007 compared to the second quarter of last year. A total of 1,024,893 women and 999,442 men lived in Slovenia on 30 September, the national Statistics Office has said.
