Bill on Arbitration to Facilitate Work of Courts
Ljubljana, 4 February - The Justice Ministry presented on Monday a bill on arbitration, which it believes will reduce the caseload at the country's courts. Arbitration is vastly faster and cheaper than court proceedings, State Secretary Robert Marolt told the press.
