Changes to Function of Upper Chamber President Rejected

Ljubljana, 6 February - The function of the president of the National Council, the parliament's upper chamber, will remain honorary, as the changes that would make it a paid job did not receive the required support of two-thirds of Slovenia's MPs on Wednesday.
