Lawyers Criticise Legislation Changes, Minister Unfazed

Ljubljana, 6 February - Miha Kozinc, president of the Slovenian Bar Association, criticised on Wednesday government-sponsored amendments to the attorneys act, especially regarding the changes to the disciplinary procedure and the manner of setting attorney tariffs. Justice Minister Lovro Sturm replied the ministry would stand by the amendments.
