Celebrations Marking Culture Day Underway

Ljubljana, 8 February - Festivals are being held in larger towns across Slovenia to mark Culture Day, dedicated to the country's greatest poet France Preseren. In the capital, Preseren's poem that became national anthem will be recited in eight languages and in the village of Vrba, where the poet was born, MP Alenka Jeraj will deliver a speech.
