New ID Cards to Replace Health Insurance Cards

Ljubljana, 7 February - The government on Thursday adopted amendments to the act on identification documents. The changes bring a new personal ID card to also substitute the current health insurance cards, Interior Minister Dragutin Mate told the press. The cards are to be equipped with chips carrying authorised digital and health certificates.
