Koper/Trieste/Rome, 11 February - A commemoration held by an Italian organisation to mark the National Memorial Day of the Exiles and Foibe in southeastern Slovenia on Sunday was twice interrupted by Slovenian police, who fined the organisers for not registering the events with the authorities.
