Dnevnik: Kosovo Not Central Problem for EU-Russia Relations

Ljubljana, 14 February - Daily Dnevnik suggests on Thursday that Russia's neighbouring countries are much more important for the relationship between the EU and Russia than Kosovo and that Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov probably did not leave Wednesday's EU-Russia talks all too disappointed.
