EU Foreign Ministers Call for Dialogue in Chad

Brussels, 18 February - Continuing the meeting of the General Affairs and External Relations Council in Brussels on Monday, EU ministers condemned the renewed attacks of armed groups against the government of Chad and called on all parties involved to renounce the use of force and engage in constructive dialogue.
