Delo: Serbia Should Stop Blaming Others for Kosovo Independence

Ljubljana, 19 February - Commenting on Serbia's reactions to Kosovo's declaration of independence, daily Delo says on Tuesday that Serbia should stop blaming others, such as the US and EU, and find the reasons in its recent history.
