Foreign Diplomat of the Year Award Goes to Russian Ambassador
Ljubljana, 20 February - Russian Ambassador Mihail V. Vanin was declared the most popular foreign diplomat in Slovenia on Tuesday as Slovenia's largest English language media outlets The Slovenia Times in Radio Slovenia International revealed the winners of the Guest Star Awards for 2007.
