FT: Slovenia Using EU Presidency to Pressure Croatia

London, 20 February - Slovenia is using its role as the holder of the EU presidency to push the fisheries zone dispute with Croatia up the ministerial agenda, which reminds the EU that Kosovo is not the only Balkans issue it has to deal with, the Financial Times (FT) writes on Wednesday.
