EU Nuclear Safety Group Wants to Draft Common Safety Rules

Brussels, 20 February - The European High Level Group on Nuclear Safety and Waste Management is striving to prepare common rules on nuclear safety for the entire EU, as solutions in member states vary greatly, head of the group Andrej Stritar told STA after meeting European Commissioner for Energy Andris Piebalgs in Brussels on Wednesday.
