FM Says Govt Decision to Recognise Kosovo Not Premature

Brdo pri Kranju, 21 February - Foreign Minister Dimitrij Rupel does not believe the government's decision on Thursday to propose the recognition of Kosovo independence is premature considering the current situation in Serbia. "This is not about Serbia, it's about Kosovo," Rupel said prior to a meeting of the EU troika with Afghanistan.
