Chief Prosecutor: Penko Demoted for Overall Performance
Ljubljana, 27 February - State Prosecutor General Barbara Brezigar said on Wednesday that her decision to expel Higher State Prosecutor Bostjan Penko from the special task force for organised crime was based on an assessment of his two-year stint in the task force and his missteps in the Orion case.
