Mediation Ends Decades-Long Rubbish Row

Ljubljana, 29 February - A row over a planned regional waste treatment centre in Tenetise, a small village in the northwest, has ended with a settlement that comes to the relief of the locals, who have been guarding the landfill there for four months to prevent new rubbish from being brought in.
