SNS Defectors Establish Lipa, Pece Elected President
Ljubljana, 1 March - The three MPs that split off from the opposition National Party (SNS) in January have formally established a new political party called Lipa (Linden). After adopting the party's programme and statute at the founding convention in Ljubljana on Saturday, the members elected Saso Pece the first president.
