WEU Assembly Expresses Concern Over Kosovo

Ljubljana, 4 March - The declaration of Kosovo's independence has complicated the situation in the Western Balkans and Europe will have to tread carefully in this matter in the future, agreed the participants of a WEU Assembly-sponsored debate on the future of the Western Balkans, which was held in Ljubljana on Tuesday.
