Govt Adopts Bill on Public Funds
Ljubljana, 6 March - The government adopted on Thursday the bill on public funds which sets the minimum criteria that a legal entity needs to meet in order to operate as a public fund. The bill also sets the types and amount of incentives that the public funds can hand out, State Secretary Andrej Sircelj told the press after the government session.
