Ljubljana, 11 March - The takeover bid for beverage group Pivovarna Lasko, published on 12 February, closes on Tuesday at noon. Financial firms Infond Holding and Fidina, construction company CPM and manufacturing company Koto, which already own nearly 42% of the brewery, offered EUR 88 per share.
