Krka Free to Sell Monkasta Drug

Novo Mesto, 13 March - The Ljubljana Higher Court has upheld a 2007 rejection of a motion by US pharma giant Merck for a temporary injunction against Slovenian companies Krka and Salus prohibiting manufacturing, offering for sale, marketing, and import of the Monkasta drug.
