EU Ministers Endorse 2% Increase of Milk Quotas

Brussels, 17 March - The EU Agriculture and Fisheries Council decided on Monday on an across-the-board increase of national milk quotas by 2%, with all countries but Germany and Austria (against) and France (sustained) voting in favour of the proposal. The European Commission welcomed the decision.
