OSCE Chair: EU Should Cooperate with Russia in Crisis Management

Ljubljana, 27 March - Foreign Minister Dimitrij Rupel hosted on Thursday a lunch for his Finish counterpart and current chair of OSCE Ilkka Kanerva, who said that development of crisis management capacity was more than needed and did not exclude the possibility of cooperation in the field of crisis management between the EU and Russia.
