Ex-President Critical of International Decision on Kosovo
Portorož, 4 April - The first Slovenian President Milan Kucan said on Friday in his address to managers from SE Europe meeting in Portoroz that in the case of Kosovo, Europe and the international community disregarded the principle saying that national borders are not to be changed without mutual agreement.
