Swoboda Calls on EU Presidency to Launch Process for W Balkans

Ljubljana, 4 April - The vice-president of the Socialist Group in the European Parliament (PES), Hannes Swoboda, called on Friday on the Slovenian EU presidency to launch a "Ljubljana Process" and give more emphasis on the economic and social development of the Western Balkans, which would in turn increase the competitiveness of the region.
