Stock Market Watchdog Investigates Petrol CEO Over Insider Info
Ljubljana, 25 April - The Securities Market Agency has said it had launched an investigation into the purchase of EUR 63,000 worth of shares of energy company Petrol by its CEO Marko Kryzanowski. Kryzanowski bought the shares three days before the stellar Q1 results were published.
