Commission Annuls Choice of Italian Bidder for Coastal Tunnel

Ljubljana, 28 April - Following the decision of motorway company DARS to uphold its selection of an Italian partnership for the construction of a tunnel to connect the coastal towns of Koper and Izola, the National Audit Commission backed on Monday an appeal of rival bidders against the deal, declaring the original DARS decision null and void.
