Istrabenz Temporarily Offloads Remaining 8% Stake in Mercator
Ljubljana, 5 May - Istrabenz, the Koper-based conglomerate, temporarily offloaded its remaining 8.01% stake in retailer Mercator, Slovenia's top grocer said on Thursday. Istrabenz transferred the EUR 76m stake, according to Mercator share price on Wednesday, to the Slovenian office of the UniCredit Bank for a period of one year.
