Slovenia Receives Warning over Environmental Directive

Brussels, 6 May - The European Commission issued on Tuesday the first written warning to Slovenia over non-compliance with EU environmental legislation. It said Slovenia had delayed in issuing permits for industrial installations as required by the Integrated Pollution Prevention and Control (IPPC) Directive.
