Committee Fails to Endorse Proposal for Provinces Vote
Ljubljana, 9 May - The parliamentary Local Government and Regional Development Committee failed to back on Friday a referendum on provinces in Slovenia. Parliament Speaker France Cukjati said that parliament would nevertheless vote on the motion.
