Vilnius, 11 May - Slovenian Foreign Minister Dimitrij Rupel said Sunday that the Slovenian EU presidency and the European Commission reached an agreement with Lithuania which marks the end of the Baltic country's blockade of EU efforts to launch strategic partnership talks with Russia.
