Army Chief Says Patria APC Deal "Transparent"
Ljubljana, 15 May - Slovenian Armed Forces Chief-of-Staff, Lt-Gen Albin Gutman, has backed the purchase of the 135 armoured personnel carriers from Finnish defence contractor Patria. This procurement was transparent and strictly according to regulations, he told STA in an interview.
