Italy's Celtex Wants to Take Over Paloma
Ljubelj/Sladki Vrh, 20 May - Italian tissue producer Celtex is interested in acquiring Slovenian toilet paper and tissue manufacturer Paloma, the state-run KAD fund said on Tuesday. Celtex boss Andrea Bernacchi is expected in Paloma on Tuesday while talks on the sale of the state-owned stake are scheduled for Wednesday.
