Securities Market Agency Confirms Criminal Complaint Against Srot
Ljubljana, 24 May - The Securities Market Agency confirmed on Saturday for TV Slovenija that it had filed a criminal complaint against brewery Pivovarna Lasko CEO Bosko Srot over the belated revelation of his ownership of Kolonel, the mailbox company which indirectly owns a major stake in Lasko.
