Agriculture Commissioner Says CAP needs Change
Maribor, 25 May - Agriculture and Rural Development Commissioner Mariann Fischer Boel said on Sunday that the world had changed and that the Common Agricultural Policy (CAP) needed to change with it. The commissioner added in Maribor that the three-day informal ministerial of EU agricultural ministers would therefore discuss the Commission's proposals.
