Slovenia Joins Efforts to Meet Millennium Goals

Ljubljana, 29 May - The government earmarked on Thursday some EUR 25,000 for the countries of Sub-Saharan Africa facing the consequences of the food crisis. It also decided that Slovenia would take part in the British Call to Action as part of the UN Millennium Development Goals and join the Paris Declaration on the efficiency of humanitarian aid.
