Public Subscribes to Less than 5% of NLB Shares

Ljubljana, 30 May - Home and foreign individuals and legal entities other than well-informed investors paid up 20,845 out of 426,508 shares Slovenia's largest bank NLB offered at EUR 334 a piece in the second round of a capital increase which closed on Thursday, the bank said on Friday.
