Dismissed Editor-in-Chief Says He Sees SocDem Interests at Delo

Ljubljana, 4 June - Janez Markes, the deposed editor-in-chief at daily Delo, said on Wednesday his dismissal was a defeat of a bearing that tried to be free of block influence. Markes added that he "definitively saw the interest" of the opposition Social Democrats (SD) to gain influence at Slovenia's largest daily.
