Serbian Developer to Build Giant Mall in Ljubljana
Ljubljana, 11 June - Delta Real Estate, the property arm of Serbian Delta Holding, has been selected to build a retail centre next to the planned new Ljubljana football stadium. The company plans to invest EUR 242.5m in the 200,000 sq. metre Delta City. A preliminary contract was signed on Wednesday.
