EU Leaders Convene Yet Another Crisis Summit

Brussels, 17 June - It has become almost a tradition that EU leaders are forced to deal with crises when they convene their four-a-year summits. The summit which starts on Thursday under Slovenia's EU presidency will be no different, as the Irish rejection of the Lisbon Treaty has raised major questions about the future of Europe.
